EMF SRL has been working on the PE-HD masking films items manufacturing, intended for Automotive and Building business, since 1989, through the experience born from a constant growing and achieved goals of a family-run Individual enterprise, on a first stage, dedicated to local body-shops and dye works sales, up to rise and become a stable company playing his role on the major worldwide markets,  with a 40 names portfolio of international customers,  among them, the main dealers of this business.
All this has enabled the company to achieve a constant growth of the yearly Turn - Over never less than 30% per year from 2015 onwords with huge potentialities, yet un-expressed, especially on the biodegradable segment.
Currently EMF srl  features of two  industrial barns installed on a 4000 sq.mtrs operational area,
One destined to warehouse and components
The other one to production units composed by:
- A new Co-Extruder Alpine (Sept.2019), 15 mtrs height, suitable for production on three layers with a boosted Corona Treatment even on gussets, Twelve components working simultaneously and a production  of 220 mtrs/min., 450 kg/hr.
- A single layer Zocchi Extruder (Installed Jan.2008) with screw, cylinder and whole chain completed maintained and regenerated with K-Design thickness control , online printers and a production  of 165 mtrs/min., 300 kg/hr.

- A winder working on two rolls simultaneously with a production  of 400 mtrs/min., 80rolls/hr.

- A machine to manufacture masking sheets with a standard production of 600 pcs/hr in customized bags
